Happiness doesn' t last forever
This week's topic is "Spent" suggested by Misterhow (http://misterhow.blogspot. com/).
Information - I have no hammock!“A life spent making mistakes is not only more honorable but more useful than a life spent doing nothing.” ~ George Bernard Shaw
Suddenly I saw the face of a man on the back of the hammock.... strange!
More posts for "Spent":
Abby, you got it. I also thought of the spent hammock, but didn't know if it had the same meaning in English!
And in Norwegain a person can be 'spent' (excited), too!
I gave away my hammock. Now you've got me thinking that was a mistake -- but then maybe the mistake is better than letting it collect dust in the basement? Nice tension in this illustration.
SvarSlettI really like this! The spent person in the spent hammock.

I have a big, colorful hammock I got in Guatemala. Once I get that strung up in between the old apple-trees in my garden, and it´s sunny and warm enough to crawl into it... now THAT is what I call summer!
SvarSlettLovely illustration. Watercolor this week?
haha, very clever! Så varmt och skönt med den röda färgen :)
